What you will do

• Lead global commercial assessments for pipeline and in-line products to support investment decisions and portfolio prioritization.
• Drive lifecycle management strategies including indication expansion, pricing optimization, and geographic rollout.
• Partner with R&D, Medical, Market Access, and Finance to ensure commercial input into development planning.
• Build and challenge commercial scenarios, market forecasts, and strategic options using market research and financial modeling.
• Prepare robust business cases and recommendation documents for governance boards and senior leadership.
• Oversee value maximization for mature brands through cost management and SKU optimization.

Requirements

• Established experience in pharmaceutical commercial strategy, global marketing, or portfolio/lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of product development, commercialization pathways, and lifecycle value creation.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally in matrix environments.
• Experience preparing and presenting to senior executive governance bodies.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
