What you will do

• Conduct patient admissions using ASAM criteria and perform periodic assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based program curriculum including Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT.
• Provide supportive individual counseling and targeted case management.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and billing departments to ensure program compliance.
• Engage in community outreach and public relations to build referral pipelines.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation for regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Must hold one of the following licenses: LPC, LADAC II, LCSW, or LMSW.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment planning.
• Ability to work in a standard medical office environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Knoxville, TN.
