What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements, and define high-level technical specifications for solutions.
• Design integration requirements with third-party platforms and create data models.
• Define architectural and development standards aligned with Appian best practices.
• Perform frequent code reviews to ensure quality of delivery and enable the development team to progress.
• Lead major sprint ceremonies, plan project releases, and run User Acceptance Testing with business users/BA.
• Handle application deployments and oversee infrastructure setup for on-premise projects while coordinating with an off-shore team.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience developing enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack.
• 1–2 years of experience leading a team of developers.
• Experience with J2EE platforms, .NET platforms, and RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Working knowledge of networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux).
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• IT degree.
