What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales volume, regional performance, and store-level metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable optimization suggestions to support management decision-making.
• Construct and maintain automated sales dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Lead the team in standardizing and executing rebate and bonus calculation processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for all sales reports and incentive policy implementations.
• Collaborate with business departments to refine data service processes and enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and SQL.
