What you will do

• Use GenAI tools (LLMs, Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate repetitive tasks and improve data coding accuracy.
• Design, test, and refine prompts for production-level coding workflows (prompt engineering).
• Process, clean, and transform large-scale datasets using Python and SQL to develop automation scripts.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track operational KPIs like accuracy and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure requirement alignment and smooth project execution.
• Monitor data quality, identify root causes of errors, and propose actionable reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Shanghai office.
• Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools in a professional setting, including prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data processing, scripting, and automation.
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written communication).
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills when working with large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with data operations, item coding, or FMCG/retail data environments.
