What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between clients, commercial teams, and operational units to resolve operational matters.

• Translate complex client requirements into clear technical specifications for production platforms.
• Consult clients on local FMCG industry trends and recommend data improvements.
• Generate project status reports and supervise performance relative to client expectations.
• Manage contractual obligations regarding quality and handle escalations to mitigate penalty risks.
