What you will do

• Translate complex supply chain business problems into analytical projects and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain recurrent Tableau reports for global stakeholders.
• Conduct advanced analytical projects using Python or R to drive process optimization.
• Extract and manipulate data from various enterprise sources using SQL.
• Train business users on dashboards and analytical tools to ensure data adoption.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and execute multiple analytical initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Suzhou, China.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau dashboard development.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in large, complex data sources.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Strong business understanding of supply chain planning and operations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Machine Learning methods applied to supply chain.
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems.
