What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance output quality, cycle time, and efficiency.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement scalable, standardized solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the impact of CI initiatives.
• Own output quality controls and establish validation frameworks to ensure compliance with global standards and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Client Ops, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align delivery perspectives.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials for capability building.
