What you will do

• Serve as a primary analytics partner to GTM leadership to define requirements and deliver strategic insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools for performance visibility.
• Develop and improve core data models and pipelines using dbt to ensure reliable, scalable datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, BI, and Finance to standardize metrics and data quality.
• Conduct advanced analytical work such as statistical analysis, regressions, and funnel analysis.
• Utilize AI and modern analytical tools to automate workflows and increase the speed of data exploration.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or business intelligence.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets and data models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Must have legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Curiosity and technical adaptability to learn new tools like Python or AI-enabled workflows.
