APAC Events Manager

APAC Events Manager (Marketing): Developing and executing high-impact in-person and virtual events to drive revenue and pipeline growth with an accent on stakeholder collaboration and platform integration. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Wan Chai, Hong Kong (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Business Leaders to develop and execute world-class in-person and virtual events.
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, production, speaker outreach, and attendee management.
• Ensure all programs are measured with consistent KPIs to contribute to department ROMI reporting.
• Manage virtual event production, including presentation strategy and coaching for internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance event efficiency and engagement.
• Provide on-site support at events, requiring up to 30% travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in producing virtual and in-person events.
• Proven success in generating leads via client and prospect engagement programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of event platforms and CRM integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Experience with Cvent, ON24, Socialive, GlobalMeet, Webex, or Salesforce.
