What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and partnership channels.
• Enhance brand recognition and market positioning for all exhibitions within the Food & Hospitality portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-calibre professional content.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with media partners and industry thought leaders to expand event visibility.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance (KPIs like visitor growth and engagement) to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualize and implement innovative promotional channels and marketing approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in exhibition/trade show marketing, including leadership in managing teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and event management platforms.
• Strong analytical, project management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be based in the Hong Kong office.
