What you will do

• Develop and execute event marketing campaigns, including creating brochures, website content, and social media posts.
• Perform market research to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, preparing pitches, and maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate logistics and provide on-site operational support during global exhibitions and conferences.
• Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities to optimize attendee and exhibitor engagement.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within 1 year) in Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, video editing, eDM design, and social media platform management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with international stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
