Location: Must be based in Hong Kong (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote).

What you will do

  • Produce and maintain marketing collateral for Asia Pacific portfolios, including quarterly updates and due diligence support.
  • Review collateral for data accuracy, messaging, and design alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage the compliance review and approval process for all marketing materials.
  • Publish approved files to digital platforms for internal stakeholder use.
  • Coordinate with support teams to source data for manual updates.
  • Manage team workload and capacity requests via group email and tracking files.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Hong Kong.
  • Experience in the financial or asset management industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (PremierePro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for global stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global marketing compliance frameworks and Red Oak.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
