Project Manager (Industrial Water)

What you will do

• Lead business development efforts, including marketing, strategy development, and proposal preparation.
• Manage overall project performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and payments.

• Provide oversight and management of engineering managers and internal project teams.
• Mentor and coach staff to drive performance improvement and identify candidates for promotion.

Requirements

• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience in the industrial sector.
• Professional Engineering License and a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong proficiency in managing budgets and financial metrics.
• Advanced contract negotiation skills, including knowledge of terms, risks, and pricing.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
