Salary: $147,760 – $221,640

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telematics products, including technical project leadership and product development execution.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized requirements and manage functional requirements definition.
• Own execution excellence for NPI and product programs.
• Develop and manage project budgets and lifecycle forecasts.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Apply a customer-back mindset to drive quality and cost-value optimization.

Requirements

• Accredited engineering degree or closely related technical degree.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or programs.
• Background in electronic component or systems development.
• Experience with connectivity and telematics technologies.
• Successful execution of multiple NPI programs.
• Must be able to work onsite in Mossville, IL or Irving, TX.
