Salary: $202,000 - $261,800 USD (San Francisco, CA range)

What you will do
- Architect end-to-end pricing and packaging strategies for both sales-led and self-serve go-to-market channels.
- Develop data-driven pricing models and establish volume-based price points for new and existing products.
- Design and implement pricing experiments to analyze price elasticity, promotions, and customer purchasing behavior.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to drive the Pricing Board approval process.
- Conduct competitive market research to identify monetization opportunities and evolve pricing intelligence.
- Define and enforce pricing governance frameworks across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years specifically in B2B pricing and packaging.
- Proven track record of launching pricing models that scale and drive measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in financial modeling and data-driven pricing strategies.
- Experience with both PLG and Enterprise Sales monetization models.
- Ability to distill complex analytical concepts into succinct documentation for senior leadership.
- Must be able to work from a hub (San Francisco, Denver, or Nashville) 3+ days per week.
