What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for Technology, Product, and Security functions.
• Build financial models to support engineering capacity, product development, and investment planning.
• Analyze variances in headcount, infrastructure usage, and third-party spend to identify cost drivers.
• Develop unit economics for product investments and evaluate build vs. buy trade-offs.
• Partner with technical leaders to support vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear financial insights for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or commercial finance.
• Proven track record of owning financial outcomes across a cost center P&L.
• Advanced financial modeling skills including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data tools like SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting technical organizations and influencing senior leadership.
• Must be based in London.
