Lead Quality Technician

What you will do

• Serve as the primary quality point of contact for an assigned shift or product line.
• Lead complex root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Coordinate and prioritize quality activities to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to quality technicians and manufacturing associates.
• Perform product, process, and internal system audits to support continuous improvement.
• Support production decision-making regarding product conformity, containment, and material review board (MRB) activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Franklin, NH
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role with senior or lead-level responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and controlled documentation.
• Proficiency with inspection tools, measurement techniques, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
