Lead Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Franklin, New Hampshire manufacturing facility; Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Serve as the lead quality resource for an assigned shift, manufacturing area, or product line.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Quality Technicians, Inspectors, and Manufacturing Associates.
• Coordinate quality activities and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Develop, revise, release, train on, and archive quality and environmental documentation.
• Lead product, process, layered, and internal system audits and support external registrar and customer audits.
• Lead root cause investigations, CAPA, MRB activities, product disposition, PPAP and FAI reviews, SPC analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience, including senior or lead-level responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, audits, CAPA, risk-based thinking, and document control.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, standards, and controlled documentation.
• Strong proficiency with inspection tools, measurement techniques, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to lead, influence, prioritize competing demands, and make decisions without direct authority; ability to lift up to 35 pounds and wear required PPE.
