What you will do

• Lead customer quality issues, establishing best practices for root cause/corrective action and tracking.
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPD) for Large Projects, ensuring adherence to quality plans and certifications.
• Manage supplier quality through capability assessments, audits, and PPAP/SCAR activities.
• Liaise across manufacturing sites to share best practices in Production and Supplier Quality Management.
• Maintain the Corporate Quality Operating System, including MOR analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Total Quality concepts and management within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 7+ years of Lean Six Sigma experience and training.
• Proven experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Advanced Analytical Techniques.
• Knowledge of Metrology, Calibration, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Proficiency in Minitab.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or other design software.
