What you will do

• Perform quality audits on products, processes, and standard workflows in the configuration lab.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and document defects, risks, and root causes.
• Conduct data analysis and test validation using statistical process control and risk priority numbers.
• Manage non-conforming product data and support cost-of-poor-quality tracking.
• Collaborate with technicians, leads, and process improvement engineers on corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Participate in requirements reviews, quality strategy meetings, and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Working knowledge of hardware and software configurations.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their application.
• Knowledge of data management and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate, research, and solve problems with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
