What you will do

• Conduct quality audits of products, processes, and systems in the configuration lab.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform data analysis and test validation using statistical process control and risk-priority-number analysis.
• Audit adherence to standard work and workflow processes, documenting risks and potential errors.
• Administer the non-conforming database, track cost of poor quality, and report quality metrics.
• Collaborate with technicians, leads, operations, and process improvement engineering on continuous improvement and process controls.

Requirements

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Working knowledge of hardware and software configurations.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their application.
• Knowledge of data management and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including research and investigation across multiple stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
