Employee Benefits Operations Lead: Serving as a strategic partner to the National Practice Leader to optimize day-to-day operations and drive growth within the Employee Benefits practice. Focus on analyzing performance metrics, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client retention.

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA

What you will do

  • Develop and manage programs to support sales and client management teams in driving new business and retention.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute national campaigns and develop practice-specific messaging.
  • Coordinate regional initiatives and facilitate best-practice sharing between national and local teams.
  • Analyze carrier performance data and track action items for advisory meetings.
  • Oversee logistics and resource planning for training programs and field development curricula.
  • Utilize Power BI to extract and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, or related operational/analytical roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and L&D teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA for hybrid work requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Professional certifications in insurance or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
