What you will do
- Develop and manage programs to support sales and client management teams in driving new business and retention.
- Partner with Marketing to execute national campaigns and develop practice-specific messaging.
- Coordinate regional initiatives and facilitate best-practice sharing between national and local teams.
- Analyze carrier performance data and track action items for advisory meetings.
- Oversee logistics and resource planning for training programs and field development curricula.
- Utilize Power BI to extract and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, or related operational/analytical roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills in a matrixed environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and L&D teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA for hybrid work requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI.
- Professional certifications in insurance or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree.
