What you will do

• Own the mechanical design process from initial sketches through prototyping to mass production.
• Create high-fidelity 3D models and technical drawings for complex gaming electronics.
• Design ultra-compact housings for TWS earbuds and headsets with efficient internal space utilization.
• Develop robust interface mechanisms including pogo-pin docking and magnetic latching.
• Partner with acoustic and electrical engineers to optimize signal paths and EMI shielding.
• Evaluate prototypes and factory builds to analyze failures and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design.
• 4+ years of experience in consumer electronics or gaming peripheral design.
• Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or NX with complex surface modeling skills.
• Deep knowledge of injection molding, die-casting, and metal stamping processes.
• Proven ability to perform FEA for stress, strain, and drop-test simulations.
• Strong mastery of DFM and DFA principles to maximize production yields.

Nice to have

• Experience with TWS systems or high-performance desktop audio.
• Familiarity with IP-rating design requirements and environmental stress testing.
