What you will do

• Identify new features in DFT & ATPG domains and develop detailed product specifications for implementation.
• Partner with R&D and PV teams to validate features and develop methodologies, flows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with field teams to benchmark customer designs and ensure successful deployment.
• Drive the development of new tools and modification of existing ones to address market and customer needs.
• Support Innovus hierarchical partition tools and top-level timing closure flows.
• Solve complex hierarchical issues for customers through deep technical analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DFT.
• B.E/ME degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Computer Science (CS).
