What you will do
- Design digital logic circuits (FSMs, control logic, data path components) for mixed-signal ICs based on system specifications.
- Perform static design verification including Lint, Clock Domain Crossing (CDC), and Reset Domain Crossing (RDC) analysis.
- Research and implement AI/ML techniques to automate test generation, design space exploration, and bug triage.
- Generate behavioral models using SystemVerilog or Verilog-A and build FPGA prototypes for pre-silicon validation.
- Analyze simulation, synthesis, and timing reports to validate design quality across different PVT conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform post-silicon bring-up and root cause analysis of silicon behavior.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in San Jose, CA
- Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's with 4 years of experience in digital IC design.
- Proven experience in RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
- Experience with simulation tools such as Cadence Xcelium for RTL debugging and coverage analysis.
- Expertise in static design checks (Lint, CDC, RDC) and FPGA prototyping.
- Direct experience using AI/ML tools to enhance digital design automation and verification workflows.
