What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales and Key Accounts managers to ensure high performance.
- Drive the strategic transition from traditional inside-sales models to scalable e-commerce-driven customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to define customer journeys and digital conversion funnels.
- Oversee key account relationships with major motor dealer groups and strategic partners.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM discipline to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Identify new commercial opportunities within the motor dealer ecosystem and adjacent markets.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Proven experience leading multi-team sales organizations, including inside-sales and account management.
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial change and digital or e-commerce-led transformations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach managers and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive, motor dealer, or vehicle data sector.
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams on digital acquisition and lifecycle strategies.
