What you will do

• Lead the architectural design of PNT solutions, integrating GNSS, Inertial Navigation Systems, and alternative navigation methods.
• Architect distributed sensing networks and define system-level requirements and performance specifications.
• Implement high-precision timing distribution protocols (PTP, NTP) and develop strategies for PNT resilience against jamming and spoofing.
• Design algorithms and architectures for distributed beamforming and coordinated sensor fusion.
• Develop comprehensive verification and validation (V&V) plans and execute complex test campaigns using HITL and SITL simulations.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for PNT and mentor junior engineers in systems engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of industrial experience in radar, communications, or electronic warfare systems.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering focusing on PNT or distributed sensor systems.
• Proven track record with GNSS (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS) and Inertial Navigation (Kalman Filtering, sensor fusion).
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
• Must have UK or Swedish citizenship to handle classified military materials.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of RF front-end design, antenna theory, and signal propagation.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or Rust for algorithm prototyping.
• Experience with encrypted PNT signals or secure timing distribution.
