What you will do

• Contribute to fault solutions and take initiatives to ensure zero repeat issues within sub-module focus areas.
• Support New Product Introduction by improving manufacturability and foreseeing production problems during design.
• Assist in engineering tasks including design standards, equipment maintenance, and technical problem diagnosis.
• Maintain and optimize work preparation procedures, blueprints, and process flows for factory execution.
• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Coach operators and manage communication with stakeholders across manufacturing and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: Beijing, China
• Relevant Bachelor degree in technical domain or secondary vocational education with thorough experience.
• No or limited experience in a technical production environment is acceptable.
