What you will do

• Implement safety production responsibilities and ensure the safety of all maintenance staff and contractors.
• Build and optimize a standard maintenance system to increase equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and SAMACO plans.
• Manage maintenance costs and oversee spare parts inventory.
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of utility facilities and environmental protection equipment.
• Support CAPEX projects as a planner and scheduler during installation, commissioning, and start-up.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
• Knowledge of tooling, machinery, assembly equipment, and various manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Panjin, China.
