Mobility Specialist

Location: Lisle, IL, United States; approximately 20% travel required

Annual base pay: $93,400–$128,480; 10% target annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead immigration, work authorization, and compliance processes across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Coordinate business travel visa requirements and assess work authorization needs for travel within and outside the Americas.
• Coordinate domestic and international relocations and support inbound and outbound international assignments and expatriates.
• Coordinate mobility-related tax services and partner with Payroll, Finance, Global Mobility, and external providers.
• Manage immigration, relocation, tax, and travel-support vendors, including service delivery, escalations, compliance risks, and employee experience.
• Develop workforce analytics, PowerBI dashboards, reports, workflows, and process automation solutions for Mobility and Performance & Reward initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of immigration and/or Global Mobility experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting immigration and work authorization processes and managing external vendors and service providers.
• Solid knowledge of immigration law and compliance in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with internal and external customers from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and HRIS experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive and personal matters with tact and confidentiality, prioritize work, recognize urgent situations, meet deadlines under pressure, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related business field.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time with minimal advance planning.
