What you will do

• Lead US and Bahamas-based spot and derivatives exchange operations.
• Build and manage a globally distributed trade operations team providing 24/5 coverage.
• Oversee internal trading desk activities and automated hedging strategies in collaboration with engineering.
• Manage global fiat banking relationships and liquidity provider partnerships.
• Process trade corrections, reconciliations, and support financial/regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with engineering to launch and scale industry-leading crypto products.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).
• Extensive experience running middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange.
• Proven track record of building and managing globally distributed, customer-service-focused teams.
• Professional experience in crypto trading.
• Deep understanding of US crypto regulations.

Nice to have

• Background in quant research or previous experience running a trading desk.
• Entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder or early team member.
• Experience operating within a SOC 1/2 Type 2 certified environment.
