Software Engineer (Production Support)

Location: Hybrid, onsite every other week in a Fidelity office in Westlake, United States

What you will do

• Provide distributed on-call support and respond to production incidents.
• Perform ad-hoc research, analysis, and disaster recovery testing.
• Conduct audits, code reviews, patching, and certificate management.
• Maintain playbooks and collaborate with the Ready Pillar team.
• Ensure reliability and observability of the CAM application with a mainframe focus.

Requirements

• Must have a college degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Java, Datadog, and AWS cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to triage production issues and work with developers on resolutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with onsite presence every other week in Westlake, TX.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
