TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sandy, UT (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage assigned client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for retirement plan matters.
  • Develop and execute customized relationship strategies to maximize plan effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to design comprehensive retirement solutions and provide guidance on investment management.
  • Conduct regular plan reviews to ensure compliance with ERISA regulations and IRS testing requirements.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sale opportunities to address broader client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead due diligence efforts during the RFP process and highlight the company's value proposition.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in retirement plan services.
  • Must possess a valid relevant securities license.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to travel for business up to 25%.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
