Salary: €6,800–€9,500 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Define, develop, and maintain cost engineering and estimation standards and methodologies.
• Safeguard the quality, consistency, and transparency of cost models and calculations.
• Manage tools, templates, and reporting formats to support cost control and analysis.
• Act as a functional sparring partner for management and project teams on complex risk and scenario analyses.
• Initiate knowledge development and training within the cost engineering community.
• Monitor industry best practices to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or academic degree in a technical or business-related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in cost engineering, estimation, or control.
• Proven expertise in EPC or project-driven engineering environments.
• Strong experience operating in a matrix organization and influencing without hierarchical authority.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and professional credibility.
