What you will do

• Conduct discovery sessions to elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate complex regulatory and business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping for loan origination, pricing, and servicing workflows.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure scalable solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to business requirements in partnership with support teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills.
• Proven experience in financial services or e-commerce environments.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and technical writing.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
