What you will do
- Partner with Product Owners to shape initiatives and align them with strategic business outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including workshops and validation sessions.
- Develop current and future state process models to optimize the end-to-end client journey.
- Translate complex insights into well-defined requirements and user stories for delivery teams.
- Collaborate with design and delivery squads to ensure customer-led solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and uphold high standards for business analysis deliverables.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analysis workstreams independently in complex delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of customer experience principles and journey mapping.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
