Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Partner with Product Owners to shape initiatives and align them with strategic business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including workshops and validation sessions.
  • Develop current and future state process models to optimize the end-to-end client journey.
  • Translate complex insights into well-defined requirements and user stories for delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with design and delivery squads to ensure customer-led solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and uphold high standards for business analysis deliverables.

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead analysis workstreams independently in complex delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience principles and journey mapping.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
