What you will do

• Partner with Business Analysts and Functional Leads to capture and validate real-world business requirements and project scope.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders to ensure future-state designs meet business needs.
• Develop test scripts, execute unit and integration testing, and resolve system errors.
• Collaborate with Programmers and Developers to validate data sources for seamless conversion and reporting.
• Identify training needs, draft end-user documentation, and deliver knowledge transfers to business coaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on SAP implementation projects within the Supply Chain functional area.
• Proven track record of supporting complex projects and driving change in evolving environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business impacts.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence and negotiate across all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in application software such as spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must be based in Melbourne or Sydney for hybrid work.
