What you will do

• Analyze finance processes to identify automation opportunities and reduce manual workloads.
• Design and deploy AI and data-driven solutions from concept to implementation.
• Guide system implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Create process maps and project documentation while ensuring data security compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient data solutions.
• Lead training and change management activities to embed AI into daily business operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, or a related data-driven field.
• Solid understanding of core finance operations (GL, AP, reconciliation, reporting) in multi-entity environments.
• Knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and data pipeline concepts in cloud-based environments.
• Practical experience implementing JSM or other workflow automation and API tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for intelligent automation and financial decision support.
• Location: Must be based in Melbourne, Australia
