What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise to support teams for resolving priority issues and complex requests.
• Manage configuration and operational tasks for PtP/PtMP radio and mesh radio systems.
• Guide and coach technology technicians across the sub-function.
• Provide backup coverage for the supervisor during absences.
• Manage incidents to resolution and provide technical support for internal and external queries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, TX
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in IT operations, preferably in petroleum or mining industries.
• Experience with configuration and operational management of radio systems like Tropos, Redline, Cambium, or Cisco.
• Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow and SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Certification in asset health monitoring platforms like Solarwinds, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience in 24x7 technical support environments.
