Strategic Sourcing Manager (Semiconductor & Electronics)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps for semiconductor and electronics categories.
• Lead supplier selection and RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, including negotiations for long-term agreements.
• Manage supplier segmentation, executive-level relationships, quarterly business reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, productivity improvements, and supplier-enabled innovation.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, supply continuity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and R&D on innovation and design-to-cost initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and global sourcing strategies.
• Advanced negotiation, contracting, market intelligence, cost modeling, analytics, and financial skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• CPSM, CIPS, or an equivalent certification.
• Global, multi-site procurement experience.
