• Provide dedicated support to VIP clients via phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in inbound/support call centers, preferably in VIP or Tier 2 roles.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule and travel to the Concord, NH office for at least 50% of shifts.
• Proficiency in computer systems and Windows Office programs.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for mobile and desktop applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
