What you will do

• Utilize D365 and Salesforce to order parts and track inventory while meeting internal SLAs.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve parts support and service issues for gaming platforms.
• Facilitate communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure timely part delivery.
• Maintain accurate records by closing service tickets and entering data into D365.
• Provide professional customer support via phone on a rotational basis.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operations staff to resolve blocking issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must qualify for a gaming card and be able to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
• 1+ years of experience in parts customer service or technical help desk.
• Functional competence in MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to reference service manuals and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
