What you will do

  • Resolve user issues and inquiries via email and chat to deliver outstanding customer support.
  • Review and approve player deposits and withdrawal requests.
  • Conduct due diligence and basic account investigations to detect potential irregularities and fraud.
  • Monitor for critical site issues and escalate them through proper channels for speedy resolution.
  • Provide technical assistance for the mobile application and resolve inquiries regarding sporting rules.
  • Capture user insights and trends to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role or 1+ years of experience specifically in payments or fraud.
  • Must be based on the US West Coast.
  • Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payment systems, and sportsbook tools.
  • Experience with payment providers (PayPal, Online Banking, card processing) and support tools like Intercom.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support users during high-volume sports schedules.
