Compliance Officer (ETF)

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year.

What you will do

• Execute daily compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting activities.
• Support responses to regulatory exams, internal audits, and ad-hoc inquiries.
• Advise business partners on policy interpretation and escalate potential risks.
• Maintain and improve compliance procedures, workflows, and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting ETFs and investment advisers.
• Prepare report materials for clients and internal Boards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in investment compliance, ETF oversight, or asset management.
• Knowledge of domestic and international securities laws (e.g., 1940 Act).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• FINRA Series 7/63/65 or Compliance Officer exam preferred.
