What you will do

• Review new account and financial plan paperwork for compliance and "good order" status.
• Administer managed accounts using tools like Black Diamond and Orion.
• Manage custodial account setups at Fidelity and Schwab.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for TAN Advisory Teams regarding operations, technology, and compliance.
• Partner with senior staff to handle client billing, performance reporting, and revenue processing.
• Implement continuous improvement principles to enhance the advisor and client experience.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or minimum of 5 years of financial services experience.
• Experience with Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) operational components.
• Proficiency in portfolio management and CRM solutions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to align advisor growth with regulatory compliance standards.

Nice to have

• FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Specific working knowledge of Black Diamond, Orion, Fidelity, and Schwab.
• Experience with advisor and client account transitions to an RIA.
• Knowledge and experience with SharePoint.
