What you will do

• Measure and apply orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, bone growth stimulation, and other prescribed hirify.global products; educate patients and HCPs on proper use and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate follow-up brace fitting appointments as needed.
• Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Act as a liaison between customers, hirify.global, and the Sales Team.
• Meet management-defined metrics and KPIs to ensure customer performance and efficiency align with hirify.global agreements/contracts.
• Follow hirify.global Compliance & Ethics Programs, OIG/government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies, and HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, clinic, physician’s office, or as an independent contractor providing orthopedic patient care.
• Demonstrated patient care experience; experience with multiple physicians in a high-volume clinic is a plus.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to access hospital accounts.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).

Nice to have

• Board of Certification (BOC) in Athletic Training.
• ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Orthotic Fitter, Physical Therapy Certification, NBCOT, BOC Physical Therapy Certification, or other relevant orthopedic/clinical certifications.
• Experience and knowledge of insurance reimbursement and DME billing requirements.
