• Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner using hirify.global software.
• Organize records and documents to complete the release of information process.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations.
• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues.
• Provide exemplary customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Interact professionally with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Moultrie, GA
• 2+ years of medical record experience
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office work
• Proficiency with desktop computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Nice to have

• RHIT certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations regarding Protected Health Information
• Some college education
