What you will do

• Enroll patients in philanthropic aid and financial assistance programs.
• Manage post-enrollment work such as submitting claims and ordering medications.
• Review enrollments for accuracy and completeness.
• Escalate and appeal patient assistance denials.
• Order, receive, log, and coordinate timely medication deliveries to the designated pharmacy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help patients make informed financial healthcare decisions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working in healthcare is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in a high-performance, high-accountability environment.
• Strong listening and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to provide emotional support and empathy; pass a background check and drug screen.
• Schedules aligned to US Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
