What you will do
- Establish governance, controls, escalation paths, and quality checks for high-risk Time & Attendance domains (working time rules, overtime, leave exceptions).
- Design, implement, and maintain global HR T&A policies and procedures aligned with local employment legislation.
- Monitor changes in global employment legislation relevant to T&A and advise T&A leadership and Legal on required updates and timelines.
- Own T&A operational metrics and reporting (SLA adherence, compliance risk indicators, KPIs) and recommend actions to reduce policy non-compliance and employee risk.
- Drive process and workflow improvements, including automation and AI-enabled workflow enhancements (triage support, knowledge retrieval, policy drafting assistance) with human review triggers.
- Oversee knowledge/document management for employee-facing T&A policy guidance (framework, wiki/help center content, documentation standards) and lead change management for T&A updates.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a high-volume, high-complexity policy/compliance/employee relations support function across diverse global regions and countries.
- Strong expertise analyzing, interpreting, and applying employment legislation related to Time & Attendance, including legal review and policy risk mitigation.
- Ability to draft, implement, and communicate complex global HR policies and procedures with operational clarity and legal compliance.
- Proven project management experience delivering work from requirements gathering through implementation and refinement.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on SLA adherence and data-driven decision-making using metrics.

- Annual salary range for this full-time position: €55,000–€70,000 EUR (base pay depends on location and other factors).
