Salary: $106,600–$130,100 annually

What you will do

• Serve as the technical steward of the MarTech ecosystem, owning platform configuration, integrations, and implementation standards.
• Design and build complex customer journeys, automation workflows, and cross-channel orchestration rules.
• Enable personalization at scale by configuring targeting, content rules, and decision logic.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, and data platforms.
• Ensure platform health through proactive monitoring, QA, and troubleshooting to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, IT, and Compliance teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, automation, or MarTech implementation.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio and Journey Builder.
• Strong experience designing integrations, data flows, and audience architecture.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience coding emails or web components.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CDP concepts and personalization technologies.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and shape solutions without formal authority.
