Automotive Technical Specialist (Dutch Speaker)

What you will do

• Provide technical helpdesk support to authorized repairers and independent workshops across Europe.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns, perform root cause analysis, and guide technicians through repair processes.
• Resolve technical inquiries from dealers and internal teams through phone and electronic channels.
• Document technical cases and data accurately in internal systems, escalating issues when required.
• Coordinate field engineer visits and occasional vehicle testing and servicing arrangements.
• Share technical insights with engineers, project managers, dealership staff, and internal agents.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and diagnostic tools.
• HV/EV certification, such as HV EV Specialist, DGUV L2+, or IMI Level 4, is advantageous.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Analytical, organized, and customer-focused approach.
